Another small update

In this version (1.3) I added a difficulty selection. You can now play on easy or hard mode.
Easy mode has smaller collision masks and smaller particle effects allowing you to more easily pinpoint obstacles and avoid them.
I also added versions for other OSes.

I don't have a windows or mac, so I'm unfortunately unable to offer any support for windows/macOS. Any installation instructions/system requirements/support would have to come from the community. Feel free to comment here (with backlinks) if you have any noteworthy contributions for the windows/mac communities.

The linux AppImage ran fine on my ubuntu machine. Just download and chmod +x or right click on the AppImage->Permissions->Make executable, then double click.
